Rest assured, our selection extends beyond what you see online. We've thoughtfully set aside exclusive items specifically for our design service clients. Furthermore, our design and management team has privileged access to an extensive array of soon-to-be-released and unreleased items, allowing us to offer unique proposals and solutions. Additionally, our wide network of partners provides us with a diverse range of extra sustainable furniture options.
We check every item we receive for quality, damage or defects. If we receive an item that is not suitable for use, then we ethically recycle it via our partners in accordance with ISO 4001 standards. Once we’re sure of the quality, we clean the item before adding it to our inventory. If you receive an item that is defective, or not to your standards, we have a 60-day trial period where you can return or replace any item.
